Customized
1. When customizing, please provide the width of the opening first, and the size of the cover should be at least 60mm larger than the opening size. For example: if the net clearance of the well opening is 420*420mm, then the cover size can be chosen as 500*500mm.
2. The thickness of the well cover side = frame thickness + reinforcement thickness + greater than the laying layer thickness. The thickness of a single layer of reinforcement is about 10mm. For example, if a base layer of 30-40mm thickness needs to be laid plus 20mm for the cover reinforcement, you can choose a height of 50mm or 60mm.
3. The thickness of the bottom plate frame is selected according to the requirements of the engineering construction drawings. You can choose custom thicknesses of 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10mm. The actual thickness of the plate has a tolerance of 0.5mm.
For example: If the opening size is 430mm long * 420mm wide, with a laying thickness of 35mm, and a requirement for internal single-layer reinforcement, it is recommended to choose a ready-made size of 500*500 with a side thickness of 60mm and a plate thickness.
